KettleWorx Kettlebells are Bad!

KettleWorx has made a name for itself by manufacturing kettlebells for those who want to perform ballistic exercises. I'm an avid fan of cardiovascular and ballistic regimens, so I was excited when I received one of their products as a gift a few months back.

This excitement was immediately drained once I started using the kettlebell. The handle was extremely uncomfortable no matter how I tried holding it. The product's foam handle felt too slippery, too difficult to hold; it simply wasn't natural.

I've used kettlebells before and have found many of them to replicate the feeling of a hard day's work using farm equipment or working men's tools. This was not the case with KettleWorx because the weight and sensation was completely alien to me. I decided to venture onto their company website to find a poor quality display boasting the importance of the product.

I felt very sorry for my relative who was probably sucked in by a presentation at an outlet mall. It boasts that it can sculpt muscles and burn fat with only two to three uses every week.

I've continued to use this product on a daily basis and had felt no significant outcome with any of my muscles, my fat index, or anything physically rewarding. You shouldn't ask a lot for a device labeled a 'kettlebell', but this product delivered a rather low amount of satisfaction in my exercise routine.

It now rests in my closet waiting for the next garage sale because of its unchallenging weight, its bizarre physical properties, and an overall cheap presentation.

very poor review
by: Anonymous

This person is out of their mind. I started Kettleworx 3 months ago. When I started I was out of shape at 210 lbs. 3 months later Im at 173 lbs and have significant definition in my abs, obliques, back, arms and legs. The program gives you a full body workout consisting of cardio, core and resistance without a machine. You CANNOT just pick up a program and expect it to take away all of the weight. As with any program its 75% diet 25% exercise. Kettleworx is amazing and has changed my life. This review appears very incorrect and has me wondering if the OP even purchased the set or probably did not change their diet. I will reiterate, you can't do 20-30 minutes of exercise then go to mcdonalds and feed your face expecting to be a fitness model.

Kettleworx Kettlebells are good!!
by: Anonymous

I have been using kettleworx for a year now and progressed through the weights. If the routines are followed, the difference in tone, strength, and body fat percentage is amazing. I can honestly say that kettleworx gives fast and effective results through a very fun workout. I can not rate them highly enough!!

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
