Keeping Fit!

I'd like to share my vision on keeping fit and feeling strong and healthy with you. Since I've been practicing many sports for a long time, I've marked several things I find really important if you to develop skills and not to lose your good shape.

First- don't stop. No matter what you do, do it regularly, but give your muscles enough time to recover. The ideal balance for me is to practice hard every other day, and during the day of rest to do some light stretching. It keeps the muscles flexible and prevents injuries.

If you want to build strong and resilient muscles without spare mass, do exercises using your own weight. Sports like rock climbing and gymnastics in which you use the weight of your body give real strength and endurance and don’t add mass to your body.

Don’t forget to do aerobic exercises as well- if you only do static exercises like weight lifting this will give you strength but no endurance.

And the most important thing- work on your mind and will the same way you work on your body. Half of the success in every sport or training program is in your mind!

Truly Effective NEW
by: Kevin Dement

I can surely say that what you have shared is truly effective for those who are engaged in body building activities. I loved the points you have mentioned, especially the part where you stressed the importance of doing things regularly. Everything will be useful only if you practice it continuously and in that sense such a tip is greatly needed one. I'm working for a professional essay writing service and hence I often get chance to deal with these kind of writing topics as part of projects. I'm sure these ideas are going to help me in my future writing efforts as well. Thanks for sharing this wonderful experiences and ideas with us and keep encouraging the new ones through your inspiring words.

Regards,
Kevin Dement

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
