Health Is Wealth

I am going to tell about my exercise routine which may influence my life a lot. Now I am forty years old.

When I was thirty years old, I was pregnant and went for medical checkup. That time I came to know a fact that I had blood pressure and cholesterol and I was so disappointed.

But my aunty, who is a gynecologist encourage me a lot. She told me that it’s the initial stage so I can control the disease with diet and proper exercise. Besides that, she told me that proper exercise help in normal child delivery.

So from that day onward every morning I went for a morning walk. Actually, that morning exercise saved my life. Everyday, in the morning I and my husband went for a walk and we keep walking for more than thirty minutes. We are both employed and had not enough time during working days.

But during holidays we walked for more than one hour in the morning. Besides during those holidays, we went for an evening walk also.

Till now I did not eat any medicine to control my blood sugar and cholesterol. It’s all because of my walking exercise. My husband had some problem with his leg joints, but this walking help him to get rid of that pain and he can run, walk, and do everything as a young gentleman.

I always give advice to all of my friends and relatives to go for walking. We took out our two children for the morning walk because prevention is better than cure. They live in a fantasy world and have had not much exercise like in old times. So my family is well satisfied with our health only because of this morning walk.

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
