Extreme Kettlebell Workout with Steve Cotter - Getting Ripped With Kettlebells

by Matt C.

I have always been heavily involved in exercising. However, I was growing bored up the basic barbell and free-weight routines I was doing week in and week out. After discussing how boring my workout routine was with a friend, he suggested I try kettlebells, and I have to admit I had no idea what he was talking about.

Well, he was nice enough to lend me some that he had to use for a while. Now with these kettlebells laying around I thought, "How do I put these to use?" So I bought 'Extreme Kettlebell Workout' DVD with Steve Cotter.

I was shocked at the intensity of these workouts. In the beginning I thought it would be similar to a normal weightlifting session. I was wrong and I used muscles everywhere. I used muscles in ways I never thought to train them. You can only achieve that type of stimulation through kettlebell training and following this DVD.

The rush of completing a workout with kettlebells got me addicted to working out again. I saw results almost within days. My body quickly responded to the new and unique movements this DVD supplies. The price was fairly high, so I was expecting a lot out of this DVD. The result was, well, RESULTS...

This is one of the most unique workouts I have ever tried. I would recommend it to anyone who not only is tired of a stale workout routine, but also to anyone who wants to get in great shape and be challenged. I have to say that 'Extreme Kettlebell Workout' will be a constant cornerstone in my exercise routine for a long time to come.

Kettlebells are wonderful to workout and is a new way to have great fitness. However, there must be caution and I have known from paper writing online about the advantages and disadvantages of using this as a tool of workout. After getting to know everything, I started to work with kettlebells and found great results within no time and the good part they always seems to shower a novelty factor making it interesting.

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
