Get Ripped Abs Fast!

OK, lets get down to business. You want ripped abs fast, and here is the guide to get there.

There are no secrets or magic, but by working very hard and following the directions below you'll be able to get your washboard abs much faster than normal.

Get ripped abs like these FAST!

First Off, Don't Try To Sweat Yourself Out, Or Starve Yourself There

These are the two tricks used most commonly. And I do call them tricks, for neither is sustainable.

Starving yourself is obvious - can't do it long-term and it'll slow down your metabolism. Your body thinks you're starving and thus any extra calories it gets will immediately get converted into fat.

Sweating yourself there usually involves running while wearing heavy clothes, to get as hot as possible. You'll sweat tons, dropping your body-weight and drawing your skin slightly tighter. Wrestlers commonly do this to weight-in at the lowest weight class in competition.

Both of these are short term solutions, and not healthy. You might try them once if your have a date, but doing them regularly isn't good. Get your abs the real way and don't rely on petty tricks.

Lift Heavy, Ab Workout Hard, Run Lots, & Eat Right

The silver bullet to this is consistent, hard work. And with really hard work, you can make progress really quickly. Get a good workout plan for weight lifting, add cardio to the mix (lots of running, biking, swimming, etc.), and eat frequent, small meals.

You can find excellent workout plans and dietary guidelines to get you started right here. Get sore and push yourself hard every single workout - that's how to get those ripped abs fast.

If you're not willing to work to get cut, just stop now. The work can be fun, but it can also be fatiguing. Just know that getting ripped abs fast means doing more work, sooner - since you don't have the time for lollygagging.

Recuperate Relentlessly

OK, you're working out like a demon each day. You're muscles are bulging and you're getting your abs to show a little more.

How do you keep up that furious pace?

• Get lots of sleep, at-least 8 hours per night.

• Always spend time warming up before your workouts, and time stretching afterward.

• Massage yourself, or get a friend/spouse/significant-other/masseuse/indentured-servant/apprentice to massage you. This will work out your muscle knots (trigger points) and is an excellent way to relax yourself.

Massage your back, shoulders, arms, legs, and abs. Muscle knots in your upper abs can be especially painful, and can really put a crimp in your attempts to do regular ab exercise if you don't massage them out regularly.

• Drink TONS of water.

• Take hot baths in the evenings. These will warm up your muscles, help relax the muscle knots out, and relax you.

Know How Much Ground You Need To Cover

If you're relatively fit and have a low body-fat percentage already, you don't have much work to do. If you're just starting from scratch, well, you've got your work cut out for you.

Getting ripped abs fast will be much easier if you're already in shape. You already know just how many pounds of body fat you want to drop, and are used to exercise. You can get there pretty quick.

If you haven't exercised regularly in months (or years) - sorry. There's no shortcut except for liposuction and massive plastic surgery - and even then you'll still be out of shape under all your new plastic layers of beauty.

A healthier path is to measure your body fat, know what your goals are, & how much time and energy you're willing to commit to getting your abs. And then do it.

Make The Time & Start NOW

Now you know exactly what you want and have an idea of what you'll put in to get there. Next, clear your schedule & start today. Tomorrow at the latest.

It is so vital to start immediately once you've decided to get ripped abs, or anything for that manner. PLAN YOUR NEXT WEEK OUT-

What you will do, when you'll workout, what you'll eat, etc. Everything you need to get your abs.

Then tomorrow, take a step in the right direction. And each and every day, keep moving forward. Getting as sore as you can and as tired as you can with each workout to get your ripped abs fast.

NOT in a few days. NOT next week. START NOW!

Take A Realistic View

While promising someone there's a new & improved program to get cut abs in 2 weeks sells products, life rarely goes so perfectly. Take the mature view when building up your six pack body.
