Change Up Your Routine With A Kettlebell Workout

I recently purchased 3 kettlebells from Gofit. The weights ranged from 5-25 pounds.


A friend at work had recommended a kettlebell workout to me because I was getting bored at the gym doing the same routine everyday. He showed me some of the routines that he himself uses, it looked interesting, so I figured I would try.

I purchased my weights from a local sporting goods store and my friend wrote out his routine. I started out with the smaller weights at first so that I could master the moves and not hurt myself. Once I felt comfortable I moved on to the heavier weights.

The workout is amazing! I can feel it working all of my body, not just isolated spots. I have moved on to heavier weights and different moves, but I know that this is something that I will never get tired of.

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
