Workout for Health

I always prefer to go for slimming exercises compared to body building ones. My exercise routine includes 30 mins cycling everyday morning and 10 mins pushups and 15 mins walk in evening. I enjoy this type of workout because, there is no strain involved in any of the things.


Cycling every day makes one energetic and brisk. So I become very active when I go to work. I could concentrate on my work more effectively. So this simple workout routing enhances not only one's physique but also improves concentration.

I am planning to increase the workout time in my weekends since I have more time. I usually spend my weekend going out. So the increased workout makes me more active when I am involved in any task. I feel the enhanced blood circulation in my body.

I always recommend this workout routine to my friends and colleagues. Some of my friends have started doing the workout. I am feeling proud in way that I am the initiator for their physical and mental improvement.

In my future I would like to add body building to my schedule. My present slimming workout makes me fit to everyone and improves confidence my confidence. One can greatly reduce weight in slimming activity.

Also, another important thing is to maintaining one's daily diet. One should not eat oily food containing fats. It is recommended to consume more water during and after workouts, which enhances metabolism. Water improves proper digestion and makes one's body healthy.

These are my workout routines and the benefits what I have experienced. I would like all to practice the same and get improved, physically and mentally.
