Running, Then Exercising Then Stretching Then Resting

by Julia
(Colorado)

I am a teen, yet I can do a lot of running and not get tired. I play basketball, and at the end of two games (that's in my school) I am the only girl who is not tired. Why? I work out, exercise, and run. All the time. That is the key. What I like to do is:

I start of with running. At least 15 minutes or more. I don't allow myself to do less than that.

Next, I do some exercise like some push ups, etc. for about 10 minutes if not more.

Third, I do some stretches to cool myself off. That for about 5 minutes.

Lastly, I get some rest. I sleep and burn calories by doing just that!
Alright that is my favorite routine. XD

Running, Then Exercising NEW

It is good to know that someone of your age is having no fitness problems at all. Yes, I read from bestdissertation service that it is all due to training and exercising the body which in turn will make the mind more effective. Additionally, having such stamina would ensure that many ways are open for you and you can try any one of them to become a professional. The same is the case with anyone who is looking to build a career out of athletics and sports.

Awesome Workout

Julia,

That's a great one. Straightforward and effective, you can keep making it harder as you get more in-shape. The intense spirit you do it with is the most important part.

Great job,
Aaron

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
