Kettleworx DVD Series

These DVDs come in a pack together and there are 5 DVDs in the package along with a kettlebell at the weight of your choice. These workouts have six workouts on each DVD, with the exception of the abdominal workout which has 3 different ones.


Each workout is separated by week, so that you can gradually build up to the hardest workout. This is a six week program and each workout is about 25 minutes, including the warm up and cool down. These workouts will be as difficult as you make them, if you push yourself they will be extremely tough, but if you do not push yourself they are very easy.

I personally liked these workouts. I found that there are numerous exercises in each workout and that they will help to build muscle and stamina. They also linked each workout so that there was a gradual build up to week six and also that the workouts tied into each other having similar exercises so that you can learn the workouts and perform them better, getting the maximum out of each workout.

The best thing about this workout DVD series is that there are a variety of DVDs to select your workout from. So these workouts do not get boring and actually stay interesting with the 5 DVDs to choose a workout from and all the different exercises in each workout. The Kettleworx DVDs are a great workout series for helping to gain muscle, and also to gain stamina and better health.
