"What is The Truth About Abs?"
- A Review -
I'd heard about The Truth About Six Pack Abs e-book (sometimes referred to as just The Truth About Abs) while looking around the web, and was intrigued. Was it actually all it was cracked up to be, or just another piece of schlock?
When I went to the site, it was pretty sales-y. I felt apprehensive.
What did I find out when I bought it?

I was impressed.
This e-book is by Mike Geary, a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. And he seems genuinely committed to providing the best information about getting ripped abs.
I've had six pack abs a few times, mostly when I was doing martial arts fanatically and working out. It was fun, but a whole lot of work. Mike simply brakes down and explained a very uncomplicated method of getting a six pack.
Though not easy.
What's In The Truth About Abs?
The Truth About Abs e-book is designed to work equally well for men and women. It views the challenge of getting ripped abs as NOT just diet and exercise.
Rather, Mike shows that it's a personal choice to be consistently committed to.
He lays out a full plan for what to eat (TONS of dietary info), how to use cardio exercise (great tips on pages 92 & 93 for why not to do jogging), and what kinds of strength training to do.
He also gives away several bonuses along with the e-book. The most useful one is a Metabolic Rate Calculator (shown below). This makes calculating the number of calories to eat to lose weight very easy to do - just plug in your height, weight, age, activity level, and you're ready to go.

There is also an option of buying a VIP version of the e-book, which includes video demonstrations online of all the different exercises mentioned - saving you time & making it easier to get the best results from your workout.
But...
There are some drawbacks to The Truth About Six Pack Abs.
I think there isn't enough emphasis on measuring your body fat percentage. It's mentioned briefly at the beginning of the book (pages 17-18), but only that you should do it & a list of several methods.
This is fine if you're within 'striking distance' of your six pack & only need to drop a few pounds. But if you aren't close I think measuring your body fat percentage is a must.
You won't be able to see noticeable changes if you have a lot of fat, and watching your body fat percentage drop a little bit each week is really motivating.
Also, it takes some time to get through The Truth About Abs. It's 142 pages of highly-informative material, and requires you to work for your six pack.
No magic here - simple elbow grease.
But intelligently directed and applied - for results.
This is the most complete plan I've seen, saving you time and focusing you on taking action immediately for results. And it has gotten results from many other people.
If you're serious about making the commitment to a simple, straightforward, and results producing method, then check out The Truth About Six Pack Abs.
Yes, I get a commission if you buy this product. So does everyone; all merchants offer commissions.
This is a high quality product that can really give you results if you put in the effort, and there's no incentive for me to promote junk. The Truth About Six Pack Abs also has a 60-day money back guarantee, so if it's not what you wanted you can get a full refund.
I make more money recommending good products because refunds are taken out of my commission checks. Lower refunds (good products) means higher overall commissions. Promoting junk only costs me money.
And I know that this is one of the best methods around for getting six pack abs.
