Self Accomplished Weight Loss

For as long as I can remember I have never been a small person. I always was one of the biggest people in my class in grade school on up until my freshmen year of college. The smallest weight I could even remember being was 180lbs in the 7th grade, which is way more than you are supposed to be at that age.
One summer day after my freshmen year my boyfriend and I decided to go to an amusement park. We had an excellent time until we came to this one particular ride. After waiting in line for quite some time I couldn't even get my seatbelt to fasten. I held up the entire ride from going and two employees had to assist me just to get it to click. That totally wrecked a great trip. So embarrassed after the whole situation, I decided to join a gym when we returned home.
I started working out four days a week along with a better diet. I lost 40lbs within the next six months. I quit the gym and started working out from home with different equipment to keep my workouts from getting boring. I've never felt or looked this great in my entire life. I still have a good deal to reach my goal to lose 100lb but I am very excited from my progress.
I can even say I never hired or paid a trainer to help me accomplish these result. This all has inspire me to get certified to be a trainer so I can help others that were just like me. You can do anything you put your mind to; it just takes time and effort.
