Sarah Lurie Kettlebell DVD: Extra Edge And Proper Instructions For Workouts

by Jaideep

A beginner's kettlebell kit is the start-up DVD starring Sarah Lurie, as well as a kettlebell designed to teach newcomers the basic techniques of the workout routine. The kit is offered with a 10-, 15- or 20-pound kettlebell to suit a variety of fitness levels. Additional DVDs and kettlebell sizes are offered for intermediate and advanced workouts, providing the user with the ultimate interactive workout experience.

What I liked about it was how kettlebells strengthen each part of your body. Kettlebells workouts do not give you bulky muscles, which are formed when one does weight lifting; they increase stamina and strength. Kettlebells are useful for those who are engaged in recreational sports like swimming, surfing, cycling... it increases mental endurance as well as stamina and strength.

Kettlebells are ideal for those who are recovering from any physical injuries. It can reduce the chances of exercise related or non-workout related injuries. Kettlebells deliver an intense workout that can be done in about half the time of regular workouts, and producing much more results. It is an iron ball with a handle which ranges from eight to eigthy-eight pounds. I dislike its suitcase type handle, which gives it an awful look, but it's a great piece of workout equipment.

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
