Rock Bottom

When I was a young man I was extremely active, I competed in many different athletic disciplines including martial arts and gymnastics.
I was 25 when I separated with the mother of my child and I fell into a deep depression. I didn't want to get out of bed, I was too lazy to eat a healthy diet and I had grown dependent on a fast food life style. My performance at work was on a decline and out of necessity I had to make a career change.
Lucky for me that change was to construction and just the simple fact that I was more physically active on a daily basis made me feel a whole lot better. I started to realize that I wasn't just getting older, I was getting thinner, and at that moment I was sure that exercise was going to be a daily part of my life!
