Painfull Ecstasy

Kettlebells have recharged my workout. They are such a shock to the system and can workout muscles you don't normally target. But the payoff surprisingly comes in my stamina and core.


I workout fairly often workout with free weights and assumed my core was stable. But the bells showed me otherwise. I felt pain I have not felt since high school. I feel so much stronger and more stable.

And since the bells stretch your limbs while gaining strength, I have not lost any range of motion and have become leaner and more flexible. Many of the bell exercises involve squatting while working your arms at the same time. This is something I could not accomplish with free weights.

I often do regular lifts I do with free weights and those exercises are more intense when done with the kettlebells. I love kettlebells because they have recharged normal workout days and I love the challenge they bring.

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
