Hope For A Healthy Body

I went for morning walks for keeping my body healthy. My grandfather told me that walking is good for our health. He is an ‘ayurveda vaidyan’ and he knows all about exercise to maintain good health. He advised me to walk near sea shore. He told me that, it’s not easy to walk through such soil, so it’s good for our muscles and provides a better exercise.


So I went for morning walk near the seashore for about forty five minutes. After that I did all my work in the kitchen, prepare food for my husband and kids. I wash all of our clothes; grind food, grains, etc. in natural ways without the use of grinder or mixer.

I am a teacher and my office is 2 km away from home. Every day my husband told me to go with him in his scooter, but I never use any transportation facilities to go to my school. While walking to office I am able to talk with many peoples and got a chance to talk to them. So most of the people in our area know me very well. I like to live as a social being. Evenings also I went to my home by walking.

I like walking because it’s the most helpful exercise which may help to reduce our body fat. Besides, it will help us to increase our metabolic rate more than any other exercise. Even though I am tired at evening I just keep walking only. Even though I already had two kids, my body shape is still maintained as a teen age lady, because of this exercise.

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
